Merfee Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on the Merfee website. By placing an order with Merfee, you ("Customer" or "You") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Non-Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully prior to submission.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns for any reason as long as you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

  • Items under sale are not eligible for return.

  • Return Conditions: The returned product must meet the following conditions:

    • The product has not been worn, washed, or tampered with in any way.
    • The brand tags, original packaging, and any accompanying accessories must remain intact, undamaged, and unaltered.
    • The product must not have been altered in any manner, unless such alteration is a result of a verified manufacturer defect.
    • The product must not show any signs of foul odors, perfume, stains, scratches, tears, dents, or any other damage.

    Merfee reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

3. Exchanges

  • Item under sale would required additional delivery charges for exchange.
  • Merfee offers exchanges if you need to swap your item for a different size, color, or style.

  • Exchange Process: To request an exchange due to size issues, the customer must contact Merfee within 48 hours of receiving the product at contact@merfee.in. Upon approval, the product will undergo a Quality Assurance (QA) check before proceeding with the exchange.

4. Quality Assurance (QA) Inspection

  • Inspection: All returned or exchanged items are subject to a Quality Assurance (QA) inspection to ensure they meet the return and exchange conditions outlined above.

  • Rejection of Returns or Exchanges: Merfee reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the required conditions or fails the QA inspection.

5. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Contact Merfee: Email Merfee at contact@merfee.in within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing your order details, a description of the issue (damaged product or size issue), and any relevant photographic evidence.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange request is reviewed, Merfee will provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.

  3. Return Conditions: Ensure that the product meets all return or exchange conditions as outlined in this Policy. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping: If your return or exchange is approved, you will be provided with return instructions. In the case of a damaged product, Merfee will bear the return shipping costs. For exchanges due to size issues, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be processed for damaged products that are returned in accordance with this Policy.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item has been inspected and approved.
